Lybrate, the primary consultation platform of Pristyn Care, has introduced Shield360, an all-encompassing health cover aimed at making preventive healthcare accessible and affordable to Indians. Shield360 offers a suite of services, such as doorstep lab tests, NABL-ISO certified lab reports, unlimited cashless OPDs with top doctors, and surgeon consultations. The health cover also includes free consultations with dieticians and access to mental health specialists.
Individual health plans under Shield360 start at INR 799, saving up to INR 5,000, while family basic plans for two can be availed at INR 999, saving up to INR 10,000. Harsimarbir Singh (Harsh), Co-founder at Pristyn Care, expressed the importance of quality healthcare services at affordable prices and the need to promote preventive healthcare in India.
The Indian medical diagnostics sector remains highly fragmented, lacking comprehensive solutions addressing all aspects of preventive healthcare. The preventive healthcare sector in India is estimated to reach $197 Bn by 2025. Shield360 aims to bridge this gap by offering a single platform for booking lab tests and consulting doctors based on lab test results. In 2022, Lybrate recorded an 87% increase in online consultations in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities such as Jaipur, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow, and a 75% increase in Metros.
With Shield360, Lybrate plans to reach 500,000 Indians by year-end, focusing on increased adoption in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
